With all the fun we had developing and building Alberta Mercantile located at NE Alberta and 14th, we thought we'd try another.  We've recently closed the purchase of a 10,000 square foot commercial parcel located at 1904 NE Alberta Street, and are in the design stages of another mixed-use project that we hope to construct later this year.
