1930 Alberta

The Alberta Arts District is a popular walkable 20-block stretch of northeast Portland with a mix of art installations, galleries, one-off small businesses, and old-Portland character. Through the extensive use of brick, wood windows, and interior wood paneling, we created a property inspired by classic apartment buildings found throughout Portland and as distinctive as the Alberta Arts District itself.

Each of the 33 apartment units feature aluminum-clad wood windows, period light fixtures and door hardware, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Ground floor retail spaces feature generous ceiling heights and an extensive wood storefront system.
